In recent years, an ever-increasing range of UK legislation has been introduced covering both the home and the business environment. In particular, gas appliances must be checked annually by a CORGI registered (from 1 April 2009 Gas Safe registered) engineer who will issue a CP12 "Landlord Gas Safety Certificate". Home Plumbing & Heating Services offer periodic gas safety inspection by one of our Gas Safe engineers, ensuring that you stay within the law.
