Domestic Boiler Maintenance Contract Terms Of Service
RBKC Plumbers has been providing emergency plumbing and heating services as well as installation, servicing and gas certificates for both domestic and commercial boilers.
There are millions of plumbing and drainage emergencies a year, One in two home’s suffer from drainage, plumbing or boiler emergencies every year.
With emergencies arising throughout the year we can now offer you an emergency domestic boiler maintenance contract.
With plumbers in short supply it can be hard to find someone local and reliable in an emergency. What is more, repairs can be expensive and 60% of plumbers do not offer an emergency service. All our engineers are gas safe registered.
What We Offer
With a boiler service, a complete system check, landlords certificate from only 77p a day (+ VAT).

Terms And Conditions
Emergency Plumbing Service Contract (EPSC)
We Promise To You
We aim to provide a safe, high quality service delivered within the time frame agreed. All emergency work usually has a 1 hour rapid response time, that’s to say from receiving your call to the time an engineer arrives at your door step. The exceptions to this are events beyond our control, road closure, strike action adverse weather conditions and engineer availability.
What This Agreement provides
- Up to 3 emergency call out per term (year)
- Making safe the plumbing and heating contained within your property
- The isolation of any water leak to prevent further damage
- Where the making good(fixing / repair / unblocking) can be done within the hour we will endeavour to do so
- The issuing of a landlords certificate where required
- The servicing of the boiler / water heater / gas appliance (one item)
- The inspection of the plumbing system (where accessible)
- The inspection of the heating system (where accessible)
What This Agreement Does Not Provide
- The fixing / repairing / unblocking of the plumbing / heating where we have previously been called to the same problem, within the contract term.
- Any words over and above the initial hour allowed within this agreement (chargeable at the current rate)
- Materials or the hire of equipment required to fix / repair / unblock your plumbing / heating
General
There are two methods of paying for your contract
- Standing order at the end of each month
- Cheque, cash, credit card / debit card in full
Where part / full payment has been cancelled or withheld, the your contract is automatically terminated and all services provided herewith shall cease
- Anything over and above this is chargeable at RBKC Plumber’s current emergency rate.
- 1st hour only
- All pipe work and controls etc that the accessible without the need to lift floorboards, open access panels and manhole covers tec.
