We were only a few days away from completing a total refurbishment of a 2600 square foot house in North London, when suddenly one of the boilers started loosing pressure. Gavin from Commercial Gas Boilers came out with 24 hours notice, shut down the radiators and asked us to watch for a pressure drop and report back. We found that the boiler was indeed loosing pressure, and over a 2 minute telephone conversation he diagnosed the problem to be a faulty valve. Excellent news for us as we would have had a serious problem had it been the pipework underneath the finished floors, (concrete sub-floors.). The cost for this amazing piece of problem solving, which all took place on a Saturday morning, was 80 GBP + VAT. Being a pro, I don't think you can expect much more than that from any heating/plumbing company in London. Well done, Gavin and Commercial Gas Boilers.

My toilet cistern cracked on early Sunday Morning! I found out around 4am and the there was water all over the bathroom floor, through to the kitchen downstairs and further down to the hallway. I tried several websites to find an emergency plumbing service but none of them could offer me a plumber to help. RBKC rescued me and my flat. They arrived around 6.30am and charged a reasonable price. I'm more than happy to recommend their service.
